Are people born evil?
This seems to be a tricky question, but ultimately when you cut through the undergrowth of opinion and reach fact, there can only be one answer:
No.
Everyone is shaped by their circumstances, and the effect of those circumstances will be different according to the personality of the person in question. This will make some people predisposed to take an evil route, but that they are evil in the first place can only be answered no.
