The Flaneur announce the first in a series of Children’s picture books published on the iPhone.
With the first publication of The Boy who liked everything on the iPhone The Flaneur has started a series of publications aimed at young children. The iPhone has plenty of apps for adults, but we wanted to bring it into the domain of the kids. If you have your iPhone with you then you will automatically have a storybook to entertain the children.
‘This was a proof of concept publication,’ said a spokesman for the Flaneur publications. ‘Getting an app into the Apple store is hard, so we wanted to be certain it was feasible. Now we know it is we shall be publishing more storybooks for kids of all ages.’
The iPhone storybook makes it easy to turn pages with just a flick of a finger. ‘Kids can quickly learn to turn the pages themselves,’ the spokesman said, ‘Making for more relaxing moments for you!’
Forget having nothing to entertain the kids with. As long as you have your iPhone you have a storybook for your children!

The art world is one where self-motivation is a vital characteristic. No one is going to come round and say, paint that picture, unless you’re supposed to be doing a commission I guess. No one misses your stuff if you don’t do it. So how do you keep up your motivation?
Answers on a postcard svp. Or twitter them back to artistx on twitter.
Thanks
