Tried to get involved in Second Life fashion design, but I haven’t used any application so slow and unintuitive for years.  Nothing makes sense, everything reponds seven years after you click.  You can bulk upload, but not upload just one file. The graphics are needlessly large, given the speed this makes the world run at.

I am disappointed, I was all for setting up shop in Second Life and having virtual fun, but that experience was rubbisho.

Have you seen these beauties? Skycars . At last someone has a developed a plane that you drive like a car with simple vertical take off and landing (VTOL to those in the know).  375 miles per hour, 20 miles per clean-fuel gallon.

I want one.  Pity they cost the best part of $1m.  And aren’t quite available yet.

Channel 4 have launched the world’s first major on demand TV station. From today UK residents can download TV programmes and watch channel 4 in simulcast on their PCs.

This is a huge step forward in online TV and shows that channel 4 are at the forefront of the next generation of television, when consumers can chose where and when they watch.
