Coffee review: Guatamala Antigua
This coffee has a delicious smell - new car leather?-from the moment you open the bag. To drink it has a light body, almost cherry-stones taste with an aftertaste that lingers of slightly bitter roasted fruits - think sloes on a campfire.
Antigua is a high level (over 5000 ft) colonial town and has specialised in arabica coffee for decades. The coffee is grown in volcanic soils!
